Quality Assurance

We maintain a strict quality tests of all our products before the final dispatch. Right from the stage of procurement to designing, processing and dispatch, our team of experienced and dedicated quality controllers maintains strict observation so as to assure that we deliver a range of the maximum quality standards that are as per the international standards. The superior mechanism, we use to refine the hair is called pre-washed process. Using the pre- washed process, we discard the shorter hair and then sort the eligible hair into different sizes ranging from 6"-26 inches". After this, we wash them and are ready for the post -wash process.

Infrastructure

We possess a modern infrastructural set-up that has 4 production lines. Our vast production unit is located in a sprawling area with an estimated production of 60,000 kg of product per month. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with high end machines, equipment and advanced technology that allows us to meet the urgent and bulk requirements of clients.
